    A glorious place to run or hike alongside the Thames to the east of the city, enjoy the network of paths and cycleways around Canary Wharf and the Isle of Dogs.

    I ran through here very early at 5:30am with a friend. Roads are well lit but some areas around the river are quite dark. Also some lose pavement slbs so please watch your steps.
