Barumini is well known for the archaeological site Su Nuraxi which is located just outside the town. However, it is worth getting lost in the alleys of the town to breathe in its traditions and thousand-year history.

You will cycle through rolling terrain, past extensive cork oak forests and Mediterranean scrub, enjoying panoramic views that stretch from the Gennargentu mountains to Campidano and even out to sea.
