Vandring
At the beginning of Spandauer Straße - at the Molkenmarkt - you can see the Nikolaiviertel. Approximately where the narrow house is towered over by the church towers of the Nikolaikirche, house number 35 once stood (the current numbering of Spandauer Straße has been completely changed), in which the Jewish doctor Marcus Herz lived, who later became Henriette Herz’s husband. The couple lived here until 1795, when they founded their salon.
