    Old fortification that defended the town of Santoña from the entry of enemy ships. It is the oldest in Santoña and was built with earth and wood at the beginning of the 17th century. With its 37 guns it was essential for the defense of the port. In 1992 it was declared an Asset of Cultural Interest.

    Built in the mid-17th century on the ruins of the La Torrecilla castle, this fort was used as a defensive element until the end of the 19th century. Today it can be visited inside although only the ruins remain, despite this, the views and landscape it offers are worthy of a postcard.
