There is heavy, the beginning is quite wide and smooth with pretty holes and raised edges to jump. After a slightly flatter part it goes down steeply on a narrower path which has everything to be great but be careful of the dead wood that there may be on the path, this one should not be very difficult.
If you are comfortable downhill you will have fun. Be careful at intersections it is quite difficult to take the wrong path and you will be disappointed
