Cykling

The city of Villena, in the province of Alicante, is well worth a stop. Its old town has been declared a historic-artistic site and it is not surprising, since the town houses one of the most important Gothic ensembles in the Valencian Community, as well as a castle of Almohad origin. In addition, its archaeological museum contains the treasure of Villena, an impressive set of pieces of gold and other precious metals from the Bronze Age.

Cykling

Beautiful old town, laid out on the slopes below the castle. Small, steep alleys with stair landings make the approach "interesting", but that also creates the flair! :-) Highly recommended!
