Paray-le-Monial is a French town in the Saône-et-Loire department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. Paray-le-Monial has 9214 inhabitants (as of January 1st, 2019) and covers an area of approximately 25 km2. The city lies on the Bourbince River and the Canal du Center, which runs parallel to it.
