Pleuron was an ancient ancient city. One can see an old theater, a cistern, various buildings and the old fortification wall. Especially the small theater offers space for a break.
The ruined city has a beautiful view of the lagoon around Messolonghi.
The 2 € entrance were worth it. One got in one hour a good insight how the people could have lived at that time.
