Vandring
A secluded mountain pass on the Cape Wrath Trail connecting Glen Carnach and Gleann Unndalain. The trail coming from Loch Cuaich to Barisdale is well trodden here, technically undemanding and little boggy. Coming from Sourlies Bothy on the Cape Wrath Trail there is a climb from the Carnach River up to the above mentioned trail that is mostly listed as no path, but there is a narrow, fairly followable (but steep) path up at the most direct point.
