The Sint-Jans Onthoofdingkerk (also: Kerk Sint-Jan-Baptist-Onthoofding) is the parish church of the town of Eggeraagkapelle, which belongs to the West Flemish municipality of Veurne, located on the Knollestraat.
Certainly in 1111 there was a chapel here, which was elevated to a parish church in 1115. A single-aisled Romanesque cruciform church was replaced in 1873-1874 by a neo-Gothic building, designed by A. Brinck.
The church is surrounded by a cemetery, on which five war graves of British airmen killed in the Second World War. A memorial plaque in the church commemorates the soldiers who fell during the First World War.
