Gasse Høje, east of the town of Skærbæk, is the highest point in the area at 51 metres. From the top you have a view of the island of Rømø, 7 church towers and to the north you can see the town of Esbjerg. On the hill there are 27 megalithic tombs in which individual archaeological finds have been made.
Very close to the hill is a stone cist grave from the single grave culture. The large capstone above the chamber lies next to the grave.
