As of mid-April 2019: despite the devastating storms at the beginning of April, the road is easy to navigate. Only in the rain, caution against falling rocks!

Vandring
Very nice levadatour! However, only suitable for experienced hikers with sure-footedness and freedom from giddiness. Fortifications do not exist, or are old and rusty! In the lower part of the Levada leads even in the summer (July) water!

Magnificent, with a well-commented botanical trail set up by Alsace Crete. This is a walk not to be missed
