Information on the shelter says that the commune of Dąbrowa Białostocka is responsible for the area. On the tower there is information about the purchase of tickets to the BNP. It seems to me that the area, however, lies within the Biebrza National Park. This place is marked on the old maps as a camping site.
The nearest railway stations are Kamienna Nowa and Jastrzębna. Each passenger train from Białystok to Suwałki stops in both.
The blue hiking trail from Osowiec to Leipzig passes here.
"Suwałki giant" begins in Jastrzębna. The red trail after 230 km ends in Gołdap.

A beautiful place for camping or just for a walk. A large shelter, a tower next to a beautiful river. Great 👍

A large and very solid shelter with tables and benches, a great place to rest and possibly shelter from the rain/storm, a little behind the observation tower a small wooden shed is a toilet-type outhouse and a place where you can leave your garbage.
