Since 1741, the Baur family has been producing refined Alsatian wines in Turckheim on the sunny granite slopes of the Grand Cru Brand. With 12.5 hectares of vineyards and a deep connection to the terroir, the estate combines centuries-old tradition with modern biodynamic viticulture (certified since 2001). The wines – from elegant Pinot Gris to the powerful “Sang du Dragon” Pinot Noir – reflect the rich soil and unique microclimate of the region. Visitors are welcome all year round in the tasting room on the Grand Rue, where passion and craftsmanship can be tasted in every glass.
