St. John the Baptist - the closed Roman Catholic church in Janów Podlaski, originally belonging to the Dominicans. In the years 1867–1874 it was a Uniate church, and from 1875 to 1915 - an Orthodox church.

Vandring

In 1918, the building was recovered for the benefit of the Roman Catholic Church [1]. After the Polish-Bolshevik war, in the vicinity of the church, in the now defunct cemetery, Polish soldiers were buried near Cieleśnica [2]. In the interwar period, the church hosted, apart from Latin ones, also Neo-Uniate services [3].

In 2000 and 2005, the facility was renovated [1]. Currently, it remains closed [4], with the status of an access chapel of the Holy Trinity parish in Janów Podlaski [5].
