The Capanna Scaradra in Ticino is an unattended refuge. It was inaugurated in 2001 and offers a cafeteria for 15 people on two floors, a kitchen with gas or wood heating and is fully furnished. There is also a single room in the attic for those in need of rest.
The toilet is attached to the hut, there is a small forecourt with a table and fountain. Running water is available and lighting is powered by solar panels. The beds are cozy and equipped with wool blankets.
