At the beginning of the tour park at the roadside very possible.
Caution: the inland metal railing to the tower is heavily corroded. That breaks away soon. But there is still the other side.
The tour was with the children a nice change in the beach holiday, was worth it.

Quick hike for beautiful views of the coast and mountains at sunset.
No slippers: the last stretch is an easy climb but you need to have your feet on the ground.
The Tower is not accessible but you can reach the entrance door located halfway up via an iron staircase.
