Vandring
A beautiful and varied circular trail around the Bütgenbach reservoir. The 10km route takes you around the dam of the impounded Warche River. The trail leads, among other things, across the moorland, over the dam wall, and along the shore.

Cykling
The Bütgenbach Dam with Lake Bütgenbach is a great destination for active people. There is a bathing beach, a campsite and a beautiful circular path for cyclists and hikers.

At the lake you have all the possibilities for practicing water sports. The only exception: motor boats. Top hiking trails with really nice rest areas lead past in the immediate vicinity of the lake.
