Mussy-la-Ville (in Luxembourgish: Missech/Misseg, in German Mutzich) is a section of the Belgian municipality of Musson located in the Walloon Region in the province of Luxembourg.
It was a municipality in its own right before the merger of municipalities in 1977.

This village of over a thousand inhabitants was the birthplace of the famous Etienne Lenoir (1820 - 1900), who invented the combustion engine, the future explosion engine. It used to be an important center of horticulture.

The peddlers of flowers and vegetables sometimes came from 50 km in perimeter.

This village was mentioned in 1470 in the form of Mutzich.

Formerly industrial and agricultural, today the village is mainly a residential area.

You can discover the birthplace of Etienne Lenoir, the monument and the model of his vehicle.
