Pay attention. The ferry is only in service during the low water season - from April 1 to November 1. Beyond that, the ferry and the step pontoons are taken out of the water. The cycle path at Vilsterseweg will also be closed during that time. During the seven months that the ferry operates, it will be in operation from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and can be used free of charge by cyclists and pedestrians.
