Awesome section of the high trail from the hut to Heidbüel. Technical, flowy, a few short breaks from the bike, everything a biker's heart desires.
A complete contrast to the motorway from Bärgli to the hut. Although I really like this section too.

Currently, according to the Switzerlandmobile map, it is closed due to a landslide. I didn't notice anything. Or maybe I did, there really was something there, about 10-20m wide, and passable without any problem.

This is about the first third of the Prättigauer Höhenweg, which then continues to the Schesaplanahütte.
For me it's then down to Schuders from the end of this section. Supper Trail, a bit uphill and downhill, but mostly flat and mostly easy to drive. But there are also a few pillars where you have to get off your bike for a moment.
