The guide is not cheating when he describes the Queckenborner Weg as "rewarding". The relatively natural path leads through a wooded area with diverse vegetation, which connects Gohrisch (via the Stille Grund) with the Pfaffenstein promenade. The spring halfway is a recommended spot to fill up the water bottles.
