Both trails are fabulous. If you have time deffo do both. But if time stretched then choose depending on just how much time you have. Either way the trails all include a good mix of obstacles and paths to test your skill and provide hours of fun.

nice ride through uo to the choosing point, you can choose to go on the monkey trail which is a longer trail which then leads into follow the dog or you can just go on follow the dog which is a nice short ride
