Don't go here! This is not a route to bike!! Unless you want to push your bike up a rocky path of 30° elevation, just to end up in a swap.

Mountainbiking
This is a hike a bike section up to Astadvatnet Lake, very steep ascent/descent but worth it for the views. Expect to get wet feet, very boggy and the path was a running stream at points due to snow melt (June 2022). Although it looks like a shortcut across the valley, its probably quicker to cycle round the peninsula but maybe not as rewarding.
