Landevejscykling
End of the gravel road up the valley, from here northwards is a hiking trail. Crossed this route at the start of June and the majority of the route was still covered in snow. Plan accordingly as its very remote and the road at the end of the hiking section was also covered snow. Took me approx. 8 hours of hike a bike to reach Aursjødammen Dam (Then another 6 hours or so to drop down the valley the other side)

The place itself is beautiful. There is a beach and also a place to camp, which is only allowed in selected places in this area.
I came here at the beginning of August with my gravel bike and about 12 kg of luggage (bikepacking). There was no snow left. But it was still hardly possible to ride. The hiking trail took me about 4 hours the following day.
