Nice cosy cafe on the green at Rowlands Castle, offers great food at very reasonable prices.
The Club Sandwich was massive and the milkshake refreshing on one of the warmest days of the year so far.
Be mindful of opening hours, though, as they close at 4pm.

Friendly staff and nice food. Very welcoming to cyclists. Would recommend for a cake stop.
