Anyone who gets up at 6 o'clock in the morning will experience a colorful spectacle at sunrise. While the nesting hills in the direction of Pokhara are still wrapped in nocturnal blue, the day explodes from Annapurna to the Machhapuchhre.

Post camp for the sunrise. Food is okay, water is scarce depending on the season, the walls of the (old) accommodation are very leaky and drafty, a new bed camp is currently under construction (04/22). The sunrise gorgeous. It is best to be outside a little beforehand to see the play of colours. Warm clothing strongly recommended!
