This section of the route is called Bone Crusher because the steep path leading down consists of 1000s of large blocks that you cycle over. You look for a suitable path and are always 100% concentrated. The 160 mm of travel is definitely needed, but this section really gets to the point. Joints and muscles are badly strained. It's good that the stones offer the best grip, otherwise this section would not be ridable. In the photos, the section looks quite harmless until you stand there with your bike...
