Once in Cassano d'Adda, abandoning the towpath and leaving behind the rapid waters of the Naviglio Martesana near Cascina Volta (probably called in this way due to the strong swerve that the course of the canal receives at this point towards Milan) take the anonymous via Tornaghi.
