The ascent to the Adelsberg tower goes right into the bones again, but then you will be rewarded with a cool beer (if you want to).

Mountainbiking
Classic forest road with reasonably homogeneous and not too bad slope (10% max), but neat altitude. Can also be easily climbed with the "Gravel Bike".

The Adelsberg in the southeast of Chemnitz is a little over 500 meters high. A restaurant with an observation tower was once built here. It was built in 1886 and 1887, is 20 meters high and offers a good view from there. Unfortunately, it is currently not publicly accessible. However, the area invites you to go hiking and in the inn of the same name the tired walker can strengthen himself.
