On the grounds of the parish of Sant Francesc de s'Estany. From here you have a beautiful view of the island of Formentera in the front, the full length of the beach to the left and the town of Ibiza in the background. This watchtower was built in the sixteenth century.

From the tower you can enjoy a wide panoramic view of the islets on the way to Formentera, Platja d'en Bossa and even Dalt Vila. It is one of the oldest on the island and was built in the 16th century to protect the personnel who worked in the salt flats, a constant target of corsair attacks.
