The Schönegger Käse-Alm is not only a stop on the Pfaffenwinkler Milk Trail, but also the place where pure hay milk from the region is made into cheese. In the show dairy, interested parties can watch the cheese-making process on Tuesdays and Thursdays and then purchase the finished products. For those who are hungry, there are treats that can be consumed in the snack bar and beer garden. A highlight for children is the petting zoo, which has a permanent place on the Käse-Alm next to the playground and the herb garden.
