The connection between the Krughütte and the standard gauge network of the Reichsbahn took place in 1901 with the Eisleben siding. The so-called Million Bridge over the Eisleben - Wimmelburg road is the last remaining relic of this railway line and an interesting monument.

The so-called Million Bridge spans the Böse Sieben river and the road to Sangerhausen (road between Eisleben and Wimmelburg) and once led the railway from Eisleben station to the Krughütte. To the west of the building were the Otto shaft I and II mining facilities. The plans and drafts for the bridge came from the architects Knoch & Kallmeyer in Halle Saale and dated 1899 and 1900. There are two theories as to the name of the object: one states that the bridge was so expensive to build, the other relates to the valuable goods transported across the bridge.
