Fantastically beautiful lake landscape. A worthwhile destination for a tour or a detour beyond the main route. The “Nonnenhof” nature reserve near Neubrandenburg, which covers around 1,000 hectares, is particularly known for its diverse birdlife. The NABU Foundation now preserves 435 hectares of moors, meadows, fields and forests for nature.

Very nice section on the lake circuit. The nature reserve really is another one. The rangers ensure order.
