Zoutelande is a pretty Zeeland village on the beautiful Walcheren peninsula. Quiet, friendly and comfortable.
It is also the only true south beach of the Netherlands and is therefore also referred to as the 'Zeelandic Rivièra'. The weather in Zoutelande is, according to the measurements of an independent national weather service, on average better than in the rest of the Netherlands.

Tourism is the main source of income for today's Zoutelande. Zoutelande is therefore together with the beaches of Dishoek and Westkapelle called the Zeeland Riviera and belongs with its only south beach of the Netherlands to the most visited seaside resorts on the Zeeland coast (Wikipedia).
