Located right next to the Reichenhaller Haus, you are welcome to pause for a moment. Probably built in 1928/29, it is used for devotion and remembrance of the fallen DAV comrades in the world wars.

An unexpected moment of silence in such an inhospitable place. The chapel was completed in 1929 and will soon be celebrating its 100th anniversary. If you climb the Hohenstaufen, you should take a short break here. There are not many chapels of this type in the Alps.
