An alternative route to the ever-so-rural official TranSardinia route. This takes you over mostly asphalt roads that are quiet and offer a look into some beautiful villages along the way, as well as the possibility to purchase groceries, coffee and treat yourself to some smooth cycling. Connects with the official route again at the end.
