The palace was built at the beginning of the 20th century. In 1907, Notyst Wielki and Notyst Dolny constituted one estate with an area of 492.17 ha, owned by M. Enoch and A. Brunn. There were: a distillery, a water mill and a windmill on the estate, horses and cattle were raised. It was not ruined during the last world war, but later the Red Army first destroyed the walls and roof, then the palace was plundered by soldiers and the population. After the war, it became the seat of the State Farm.
