Cykling

The fantastic carp walk around historic Kemnath is a cultural-historical monument and establishes a dialogue between history and the present embodied by colorful fish. The beautifully designed carp are all designed by local artists.

Famous is the Way of St. James, which leads to Compostela. But Kemnath has the carp path, the goal can be reached faster. Enjoy the little tour around our beautiful city; the track that's open for you around the clock. Fantastic are the fish sculptures on ponds, bridges, bridges, trees. Follow the poet's footsteps on signs that line the paths. Look at the fish models made of colorful plastic and metal and remember well the place of your darling - in case you come back soon to see if he has swum away.
