In Salzwedel still large parts of the city wall are preserved. Along the west side of the Jeetze you can walk along the eastern wall directly along the shore. You pass several bridges, pass the new supergate. There you can also see the old water tower in the east. If you go down the street for a while, you can also take a look at it from nearby. Further north you will pass an old bath house that is still undergoing renovation. At the top, the path ends at the Jahn-Gymnasium.
