The Catholic parish church of St. Nicholas was built in 1723-25 as a baroque quarry stone hall by the Waldbott von Bassenheim. Instead of a rooster, a swan adorns the church tower, which was completed on August 18, 2007, as a symbol of the forest bot. In addition to several items of equipment from the construction period, there is a Romanesque baptismal font from the 12th century and a Pietà from the early 15th century inside the church.
