The Gervaud mills, also known as Moulin du Pé de Vignard (the nearby village), crushed wheat from the 18th century until they stopped in 1929.
First owned by the Marquis de la Galissonnière, operated by the Maillard family of millers in the 18th century, the mills were sold as national property at the end of the revolutionary period.

The first documents mentioning the site date from 1360 and the stone pavement which allowed the water to be concentrated towards its wheel is attested as one of the oldest in the Sèvre Valley. For more than 600 years, it was a cloth, fulling and flour mill. Burnt down in 1943, the mill was rebuilt in 1949. It ceased its activity in 1987 but the waterwheel of the mill kept its mechanism intact.

Surely the oldest mill in the Clisson valley, it has been a cloth, fulling and flour mill for more than 600 years. Rebuilt in 1949 following its destruction by fire, it ceased its activity, but kept its mechanism intact.
Today, the mill welcomes young people from the leisure center, as well as the Pallet game library.
On the occasion of special events, such as heritage days, the mill can open its doors to discover its history.
