Technically demanding, scenic but very nice singletrack.

Mountainbiking
In the upper part, from the highlight sign towards the north (to the Hümel rest forest), it is a completely normal double trail. Then towards the south or southeast/Hümmeler Mühle it is adventurous and, depending on the weather, the path can be strenuous (recently the effects of the heavy rain in spring were still clearly noticeable). But you can get through it and it is a lovely, quiet area.
