Gravel passages are definitely to be found (especially from Sillian to Lienz), but in an emergency (with a racing bike) you can briefly switch to the main road

Isolated, mostly on back roads. Warning: some gravel passages. I was on the road with 32 mm road tires, that went well. At 25 mm it will probably be tight.
