As the cycle path makes a 90-degree angle, the Russian Orthodox Church of All Saints stands in an open landscape at the junction of the Marne-Rhine Canal and the Port of Strasbourg. Its bright white color and its golden bulbs sublimate the pretty setting in which it is located.

The Russian parish of Strasbourg, attached to the Patriarchate of Moscow, was founded on June 22, 2003 and received the patriarchal title on March 25, 2004.
