Cologne traditional figure. At the old market figure made of copper by Ewald Matare. Someone relieves themselves in the rain gutter. Is also interpreted as a protest action against the authorities in the town hall, which you stretch your backside towards. According to another version, the protest is directed towards the cathedral (archbishop), who wanted to ban the brewing of beer.
