    The church at Mögeltönder is one of the largest village churches in Denmark, and one of the most important sights in South Jytland, with many frescoes and unusually richly decorated. The church used to belong to the Schackenborg County. In 1970 she became owner-occupied. It was completely renovated between 1970 and 1988. The church has the oldest church organ in Denmark. The church is open every day.
