Vandring
The Saint Martin's Church is centrally located in the village. This church has been regularly renovated over the past centuries, but the tower is made of Tournai limestone and dates from the 13th century. It suffered greatly during the iconoclasm. This results in 3 types of side facade: an 18th century northern brick wall, which contrasts sharply with the southern fieldstone of that time. After WWI, the western facade and the tower were rebuilt.

The oldest part of the church is the early Gothic square
crossing tower made of Tournai limestone. The tower dates back to the 13th
century. During both world wars, the church suffered considerable damage, mainly due to its location near the strategic
Schipdonk Canal. The exceptionally rich interior of this parish church
includes a richly carved pulpit from 1868 by P.J.
De Cuyper. Listed as a protected monument in 1946.
