    Cykling

The Moosach is the companion of the Isar and flows for many kilometers to Freising directly next to the Isar, sometimes only separated from the Isar by a cycle path. The Moosach flows into the Isar near Oberhummel. Furthermore, the Moosach can also be partly counted as a tributary of the Amper, through its derivation as the Mühlbach near Oberhummel.

It is also interesting that the Isar determines how much spring water the Moosach receives via its groundwater flow in the gravel plain north of Munich.
