Mountainbiking
One thing everyone will agree on is that this is a beautiful trail in a stunning location in the Highlands. You can also debate the technical level of this singletrack. Whether you can ride most of it or have to walk most of it will depend on your bike choice and riding level.
In my case, I chose a gravel bike with 50mm tires, and I was able to ride most of it that way. A mountain bike is a better choice in my opinion.

A more competent cyclist than me would probably be able to ride this section, but with narrow path and fully loaded bike I felt it better to push this section next to Loch an Duin.

There are some sections on here that are rideable but I would agree that the majority is hike a bike! It's definitely worth it for the awesome tracks before and after.
